Aimee's Fund has been founded to help provide support to Aimee Woby who is from Alsager and is now 17 years old.
She was involved in a car accident in October 2013 and her life changed forever after sustaining a severe head injury.
She has been cared for at Salford and North Staffs Hospital and is now in a brain rehabilitation centre in Bury.
Currently her family don't know when she will be well enough to come home but the long term plan is to get her back to Alsager and back in her own home with her mum Clare and sister Sophie.
Our short term aims with our fundraising are:
We would like to help to fund a short break away for Aimee and her family - this would mean having two carers with them at all times, suitable transport and accommodation.
We will review our fundraising goals and aims on a regular basis and update you on our website.
Any money left over from funds raised would be then donated to Headway the Brain Injury Association who are there to support Aimee and her family.
